Motivation is a Language

At times we are afraid for several reasons to get something started. We either delay or we permanently erase it from our “control panels”. We may think it is not the perfect time, we may say to ourselves, I need more time, I need to “become pretty”, I need more followers on my facebook, I need more likes on my social media to construct confidence, life is too busy, I am not a lawyer, I have no specialty and I could go on and on.

The crux of the matter is we have to be very careful of the rhetoric that we communicate to ourselves. Give your existence some life (vita) by putting your words into motion. You are your own best friend, and you would want your best friend to say awesome and beautiful things to you and about you. In essence, we need to watch our internal dialogues in order to make our first step by rising from the couch.
